Step by Step How to Wear out the kids...

Step One: First start off with a day of lots of excitement anyways because school is OUT for the summer!!!



Step Two: a Coldstone dessert helps to the add to the sugar intake and excitement.



Step Three: A couple hours before bed go to the park.



Step Four: Play hard! In fact, the harder you play the better.



Helpful Hints: Remember to laugh and run. To Climb and slide. To Skip and Jump and laugh some more.
Also, having Nana there helps too. (The lack of sleep already helps even more so.)
At the park, remember there is NO rules except to have lots of FUN!!!
