Today is "MY" Day: Mother's Day and their is no one else that I would want to spend it with more then the kids that call me "Mom"
These kids are the BEST! Today they let me nap, hence my hair, made me dinner, and brought me hand-made gifts galore! The day was perfect!
Let's see what can it be??
I have such big helpers, everyone of them wanted to help and be part of the "event"
Here is the card that the kids gave me: It reads, "Mother's day is a chance for us to treat you like a Queen"...Open the card and it says," A Queen with really lazy subjects who don't listen very well." NO Never my children... :)
Today is the day where I get the thanks for all the bums I wipe, all the breakfast, lunches, and dinners I make, all the nights of homework help, the kisses of the bumps and bruises, the beds to make, the dishes to clean, the clothes to fold, the storybook teller, the comforter, the list goes on and on, and all you moms can relate, but that is why they call us "Mom"
Some days are longer then others, Some days are better then other as well. Some days I want to scream. Some days are full of chaos and some nothing gets done, but all days spent with my kids are well worth the treasures of the world. When I am with them, I know that I have it all and there is nothing else I need. They truly bring me happiness.

Also, I want to thank my mom for being the best mom out there! I am lucky for her and the examples she shows and teaches me. Also for the love and support that she gives me and my family. She is a friend to all she meets and enjoys life. I want her to know that I am blessed to have her for my mom and my friend. I hope that I can be the mom to my kids as she is to me.

I am glad that you had a great Mother's Day. I love that you and Dan decided to take the girl's out for their own "special time". I loved the pictures! It is too cute that all Lanie wanted to do was golf with her dad and go to Wendy's! I think that is wonderful. You guys are great parents. I saw on Tiff's Myspace that she is expecting! I am so thrilled for her! How lucky that she has an older sister to show her the ropes.
