Gotta love the Frostys! Dan can even eat them and not have any "after" troubles. Dan is a Lactard...Dairy and Him DO NOT mix.
A proud Daddy giving a thumbs up on the fun evening.
So after, Dan lets Lanie pick out a treat...bubble tape! Gum is usually a no-no, (too many messes to clean up) and she knows it, but remember the rules earlier...Kids pick.
So then the two of them went to Target: Lanie wanted a mitt and baseball to play catch with her dad...another proud Daddy moment.
After Target, Lanie picked golfing! She wanted Daddy to teach her. Every time Dan goes with his Buddies or Paps, she wants to go. So this time she had him all to herself. She didn't want Dan to even bring his, just Lanie's clubs. Another proud moment for Daddy!
Look at her: Dan loves this picture...The mountains, the Greens, and his Daughter!
This was a great date night for the two of them! Dan and I are both excited to start this "date night" with the girls.
NOTE: Kenzie and I went last week, but didn't bring the camera, hence the new camera rule. We went to IHOP and talked and talked. I didn't know that she could talk that much. While at IHOP, she picked out a Beannie Baby; it was a Koala bear holding a baby Koala, She named it "ME & YOU" ( ME & HER) She had me wrapped around her finger! She held my hand when we went to Ross and I loved it! She wanted to get some new clothes.
Stay tune for next months dates, the girls are already thinking of what they want to do.

very cute! We do date nights too with our kids (although they don't seem to happen every month). The kids love them! It's also a good motivational tool, you can make it so they have to earn them.
Okay, I am totally convinced. Bryant and Delaine are destined to get married. Wendy's... Bubble Tape AND Golf! Those are Bryant's favorites too. Maybe when we come to Utah to visit, Zac and Dan can take Delaine and Bryant golfing. They can "double date" :)
Can hardly wait to see you on Friday. I think it's funny that I see you (living in a totally different state) more than I see some of my friends who live on the same block!
Too cute! I love that idea! Kids really need that one on one time.
