...and Carson for sure knows how to play like a boy.
Look at his face, with all that dirt and even a more dirtier nose, Carson smile couldn't be bigger!
Carson is like a dirt magnet, once we are outside, right to my flower beds he goes, digging in the dirt with his cars; making car sounds and trails through the flowers. Or he gets his balls, rather it's the basketball, baseball, or golf balls. He loves them all.
Well, one day out when we were shopping, Dan thought that "his" boy needed a skateboard!
I think I am just asking for a trip to the emergency room, but Dan tells me that every boy has a skateboard...you can see that I lost the discussion.
And you can see that Carson loves it!
When people say that boys and girls act differently, I never truly understood, but now having one of each at the same age...I couldn't agree more.
So here is to my flower beds, my carpet with dirty foot prints, to my furniture that acts like a trampoline, to the rocks I find in his pants pockets or my washer, or the stair banister used as a rock wall...boys will be boys and I hope that my things can survive Carson.

Christian still hasn't gotten any major injuries on his skateboard yet, but I do make him wear a helment. It scares me to death! Look how cute Carson is on his little board. Hope things are goin well :) Linds
Oh the joys of little boys...I've visited the emergency room plenty of times for all sorts of stuff. One time it was 2 days in a row. Thank goodness it was two different kids. Just think when he does break his arm-someday(hopefully never)...he will have a great story to tell. Bummer you aren't coming to the HS Reunion. You will be missed. Carson does look good with a skateboard.
Boys are the best - course its a good thing girls are around to make everything pretty!! Send him over here if you need a break from all the rough stuff! )
Hey that skateboard looks familiar! Just ask Gracie! Hopefully Carson can keep that clean record!
