During the Sunday morning General Conference, Prophet Thomas S. Monson was the concluding speaker. During his talk, He spoke of a man who was held prisoner for 2 years; during those two years, he had no commutation with his family.
President Monson proceeded to say that one day the people that held this man captured allowed him to finally write a letter to his loved ones. The letter was only allowed to be 25 words: no more than that.

This challenge that man was faced with, got me thinking. If I was put in the same situation,
What would I tell my loved ones?
25 words is not a lot, when it comes to telling my family what is important in life and what I feel they need to know.
I made myself sit down and write a Letter 2 Home:
*Family is the Best
*Love
*Forgive
*Karma is real
*Simplify
*Enjoy Life
*Never give up
*Pray Often
*Laugh
*CTR
*Serve
*You are worth it
{Heart}

So, I am no prophet by any means and never will come close to having the wisdom of one, but I would challenge you all to sit down and write your Letter 2 Home for all your family to see what is important to you...Do it! I dare ya! It might just surprise you. Display it or save it for a rainy day, but just do it.

Totally taking your challenge...tomorrow. Just kidding! I will get right on it. Loved your new posts. You are so cute, so confident in your beliefs. I love you for it!

Why is it that my first response was totally sarcastic?
I'd write a letter that said:
"HELP ME PLEASE. I am being held in a prison against my will. These are the coordinates. SEND HELP QUICKLY. I LOVE YOU FOREVER...MOM."
But I really do think I'll sit down and write a real one. It's a great challenge! I wasn't able to hear that talk because of other circumstances- it makes you think what you would say if you really thought it would be your last words home!
Good idea!
