One Fine Day...

A day with me and the kids (Kenzie was off at school)

First we meet Oma and Opa for brunch at IHOP around 11:30.

Lanie was able to come, her school got out at 11:15.

Carson was way too into eating his and Oma's, and his sisters eggs and pancakes. That boy can out eat any of his sisters and still stay small. His sisters are going to hate that when their older.

Then off to Dippidee; (now it is about 1:00) only the best cupcakes here in Lehi. Totally worth the drive to taste one. Check out their website to see some of their yummy creations: www.dippidee.com

We picked up some tasty treats and went to surprise Feef (my sister) at work

We just stayed a bit, she had to get back to work, she works so hard...answering phones.

Off to Sonic for my Route 44 of Diet Dr. Pepper. Gotta have that to keep going.

We love sonic in our home...it is kinda my addiction. They have the best fountain drinks with ice nuggies. The kids love the slushies and the strawberry limeades. I am sorry for all of you of haven't ever been to Sonic or don't have one close by... I'll have another drink in behalf of you.
To the car wash: that is an adventure in itself. The kids like the smells and colors of the wash.

I love how kids can find the simple pleasures out of life.

It is now about 3:00, so we head home for a nap...
... Or at least try to.

Ok, let's be real...Carson wins. With a smile and charm like that, how can you nap.
So all in all, we had a fun and happy day.

No really big fits, all got a long nicely. We were able to get things done.

The sun was out and it truly was one fine day!
