Be Carefull what you wish for...

...because you might just get it!

This past Christmas wasn't a white one, and the kids were just dying to try out their new sleds from Opa and Oma, so when we were finally hit with a three day snow storm, the kids were excited to say the least when we told them to bundle up and let's go sledding.

It was cold.

Being cold out was totally an understatement.

It was very cold, like 19 degrees, but that didn't slow down the kids one bit.

With each ride down the hill, they would quickly climb back up to do it all over again.

They must have worn themselves out having too much fun, because there was no complaining when we told them it was bed time later on during the night.

I think it was one of the first times I didn't hear any of the kids complaining about being cold and the only screaming was from the kids as they giggled and screamed down each ride.

We even got Paps and Nana to try. I think that the two of them had just as much fun as the kids.

Opa and Oma nailed it this year with the perfect Christmas gift for the kids and they got to enjoy them a bit before having to go back to school.
