What do you get when you take 4 adults + California + no kids to slow you down = A well deserved mini get-a-way that was full of long days and late night dinners, sleeping in, no kids fighting, hot tubing at the hotel, and adults, running around like giant kids.
A day in Disneyland AND California Adventures was a MUST.

A trip down to the Fashion District was a eye opener for the guys, but we the girls, were ready to shop and save on the deals. Bring on the bargaining.

We all had fun except for the plane ride coming home when our plane almost crashed. No joke, we knew it wasn't good when we saw the pilot leave the cockpit and come walk through the cabin to look out Eliza's window at the right side wing. Dan who loves to fly, said "wow, that isn't normal" I prayed like I have never prayed before!
Being back home to reality was nice and to feel missed by the kids was a plus as well, but believe me, the four of us had so much fun that the guys are talking Hawaii, but I'm not sure if or when Eliza will get back on a plane again.
Maybe a cruise is the next adventure...
