Just the 3 of us

Today was the last day of sunshine for a couple of days, so I thought I would take advantage of the Sun and took C&C to the petting zoo.

We had a good time just the three of us. It kinda gave me insight of what it going to be like next year when Kenzie and Lanie are in school all day.

It also gave me insight on just how big C&C are getting. My babies aren't babies anymore, not really even toddlers either. They are kids and good kids they are.

I got insight that I am lucky to have both of them, even though they keep me on my toes.

We had fun today at Thanksgiving Point and then off to Sonic for lunch, their choice.

Thanks you two for sharing a fun afternoon together! We were all tired after that, so we went home and took a nap; just the 3 of us!

***I do have to tell a funny story: We went to target after Sonic and we have learned by experience that we must use the potty first thing before even getting a cart. Well, Carson needed some extra "help," so I went into the stall with him. I was standing there, and then he says to me, "Mom, turn around. I can't do my business with you looking at me." I giggle to myself as I am looking at the stall door and then he is ready to be wiped, and it's "OK" for me to look then. I did have to ask him if it was OK. I love my boy and I guess he is just as modest as his sisters.***
