Tonight being Friday the 13th, it didn't stop us from having a unlucky or upsetting evening; we went out as a family on a group date, but with us trying to save and conserve on money, we thought about the different things we could do CHEAP,
so...
We came up with a game at the Mckay Event Center to watch the Utah Flash (the Jazz's D league)play some b-ball.
The seats were for general seating, so the kids were able to sit up close and personal, they got to see the whole game and LOVE everything about it...the music, the cheerleaders, the mascot, and even the basketball game it's self.
The kids were cheering for the Flash, clapping their hands and busting a move. It was great for the kids! Dan even enjoyed watching the players play a good game of ball. These guys aren't over paid and want to play, they want to make the big league, so it was pretty entertaining.

We can have fun together and not have the kids fight; we can get along and have fun together and DON'T have to spend a lot of money. It was the time we spent together that means more to the kids; (and to me) that is what they are going to remember when they look back.
"Things" will break, get lost, or be outgrown, but Memories will last FOREVER!
That was one of the BEST $14.00 we have spent in a long time.
