My very first "Jam" Session:

Now, let me be more clear...

I am not talking about when I jam with rock band, this jam session, I traded in my drum sticks for a mixing spoon and made peach jam!

All this baking must be going to my head, now with all the dough/bread I have been busy with, my next question was, What goes good with Bread: JAM!

So again, I am "trying" to be domestic.

BUT for those who know me, it has to be easy, I don't have the time to spend all day in the kitchen. (or as do I want to)

So, Dan's sister Heather promised me that she knows how to make jam super easy, so I invited over to share her knowledge...

...AND SHE WAS RIGHT!

LOOK WHAT I DID!

So now we have 8 jars of yummy peach jam.

(with peachs from Opa's very own garden. I told Heather now that she has shared secrets, she won't have free reign of Opa's garden this year!)

Who knew that I had all this baking/canning within me. I am just as surprised as you are that I can actually do things in the kitchen and have them turn out yummy!

When you put your mind to something, all things are possible!
