A moment like this...

doesn't happen too often!!!

A few days ago, Delanie caught this "not so normal" moment with the camera.
All three of us were out, I was surprised that Carson and Cassie both fell asleep.
We were rocking and I was humming them a song and next thing I knew was I was awoken with the flash of the camera in my face.
Believe me, I was surprised to see a flash, but also threatened Lanie's dear life not to wake up the twins; for this is a rare moment in our household.
Yes, I can still get the twins to nap here and there,( Not enough though)
I wish I could get more "Me" time during the day, when I don't have such big helpers. I don't know what is worse: holding them ALL day having to look at the messy house OR cleaning one room, then going to work on another and having the twins mess up the first room that I just finished.
It was nice to be able to snuggle them in the quite and and enjoy the moment that doesn't come all to often.
Gotta Love 2 year old Twins, each day is it's own and you NEVER know what each day will bring, but when you get a moment like this, it makes it all worth it.

Christy... they'll take naps... you just have to sleep WITH them in YOUR big snuggly bed. I know from 10 days of babsitting experience with them! We took naps together almost every day.

They sure do look sweet snuggled up on your lap.

I miss you and I hope you're doing well.

I still think you are a saint for HAVING two year old twins. Totally support you on cleaning one room, then moving to the next just to have them follow along "helping". Best of luck to ya!

I feel for you 100% I may not have two, two year old twins but some days it sure feels like I have 4. Glad to see your getting a few moments to just breath.
